Licensing Terms & Author Rights

To respect the hard work of our developer community, all users must preserve the license file and author credits included within every script package.

Respecting Author Licenses & Anti-Piracy

Site administrators cannot continuously monitor every download to verify whether license terms are being respected or if code is being resold without permission. However, to safeguard developers:

• Revocation of Support & Updates: If a user violates a script's license terms, the author reserves the right to deny future updates, new version releases, or technical support to that individual as a preventive measure.

• Account & IP Restrictions: Repeated or willful license violations may lead to account suspension. In severe cases, the user's IP address and IP range may be reported and permanently banned from the platform.

Our Community Principle: We aim to avoid punitive measures whenever possible. We simply ask all members to show mutual respect and abide by the licensing terms set by our script authors.

Author Branding vs. Client Privacy

To balance developer rights with business needs, clear boundaries are enforced:

• Backend Preservation Only: Script authors may not force you to display their name, logo, or license terms publicly on your customer-facing website. The license file only needs to remain inside the original script package hosted on your server.

• Reporting Overreach: If a script author demands public credit or visible branding on your live site, please report the situation to our administration team.

• Admin Mediation: An administrator will contact the author to request a revision of their license terms. Please allow up to a few hours for administrators to process and transfer messages within the forum.
